In carrying out savings and loan activities at the Karya Usaha Bersama Cooperative, they still do it simply by recording all "save" and "borrow" transactions in a notebook, which is then inputted into an excel file. This resulted in member data as well as loan and installment data separately and required a fairly complicated process because they had to collect and view member data one by one, so that the process of making reports on the remaining operating results was slower and prone to miscalculations. In addition, members of the Joint Venture Cooperative cannot directly see information on loan and installment data and SHU reports. The author provides a solution by building a Savings and Loan Application at the Karya Usaha Bersama Cooperative to assist administrators in managing data on savings, loans and installments as well as making it easier to make reports on the rest of the business results quickly and easily. And also at the same time as a medium of information for members in accessing loan data and installments as well as reports on the remaining business results online without having to come to the Cooperative Karya Usaha Bersama office.
