PENERAPAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN REKRUTMEN GURU TK SYAILENDRA PALEMBANG
The teacher is a professional educator who trains, teaches knowledge and becomes an example for students at school. The selection of prospective teachers for schools must be carried out carefully and carefully in order to get competent and qualified teachers. There are several criteria used in the process of determining teacher candidates, namely Education Level, Major, Age, Status and Interview Results. However, the process of selecting prospective teachers sometimes contains subjective elements and the lack of a method in the assessment process to determine prospective teachers. If an error occurs in the selection of prospective teachers in the recruitment process, there will be prospective teachers who do not meet the qualifications. From these problems, a teacher recruitment decision support system is needed by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method to the assessment process. From this assessment and ranking process, a result will be obtained in the form of the best competent and qualified teacher candidates.
