IMPLEMENTASI EXPLORATORY DATA ANALYSIS (EDA) DALAM ANALISIS KECELAKAAN PENERBANGAN DI INDONESIA BERDASARKAN TIPE, OPERATOR DAN PENYEBAB KECELAKAAN
This study discusses aviation accidents in Indonesia from 1988 - 2021. With the aim of finding data insights from the correlation between year variables, operators, aircraft types and the causal factors in aviation accidents. The method used is descriptive statistics to find out the characteristics of the data and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to find the correlation of the variables used and find patterns from flight accident data in the form of visualization. The results of this study indicate that the general results obtained from 1988-2021, for the type of aircraft that often experience accidents, namely the DHC 6 type, caused by human factors which are more dominant than other factors, while the Fokker F28 type is more dominant by engineering factors. Meanwhile, for the results of the analysis after the European Union's flight ban, the type of aircraft that often occurs in accidents is the Boeing 737-900ER with the most dominant cause being caused by human factors.
