This study aims to analyze the effect of the Village fund and the Number of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) on rural poverty in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data with a research period of five years, namly 2016-2020. This research was carrid out using panel data regression with fixed effect model (FEM) estimation as the selected model. The results showed that: a) Village funds has not effet on rural poverty in Indonesia, maluku island, and kalimantan Island. While Village Funds in Sumatera Island, Java Island, Nusa Tenggara Island, and Sulawesi Island has a negative effect on rural poverty; b) the number of BUMDes has a negative effect on rural poverty in Indonesia, Sumatera Island, and Kaalimantan Island. While in Java Island, Nusa Tenggara Island, Sulaesi Island, Maluku Island, and Papua Island has not effect on rural poverty.
