AUDIT MANAJEMEN ATAS FUNGSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PT. PELABUHAN INDONESIA II (PERSERO) CABANG PALEMBANG
This study was conducted to evaluate whether the human resource function of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II Palembang Branch has been managed efficiently and effectively. The object of this research is the audit of human resource function management at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II Palembang Branch obtained from the respondents (informants), namely the Head of the Human Resource Department (HRD) PT. Indonesian Port 2 Palembang Branch and related parties. Data collection techniques used are interview and documentation techniques. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely analyzing the interactions between the research components and the data collection process during the research process. Data analysis was conducted to analyze the management of human resource functions at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II Palembang Branch. The results of the study indicate that human resource planning (HR) has not run effectively, the recruitment process at the company has not run effectively, the human resource selection process has been running effectively, HR training programs have not run effectively, human resource performance assessments have been running effectively and the activities of terminating human resources have been running effectively.
