This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of business capital, education level, and length of business on the income of traders in the Kayuagung Market, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the field through a questionnaire. The analytical method used is a descriptive quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. The results showed that the variables of business capital and length of business had a positive and significant effect on traders at the Kayuagung Market, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, while the education level variable had a negative and significant effect on the income of traders in the Kayuagung Market, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Overall, the variation in the effect of working capital, education level, and length of business can be explained by the income of traders at the Kayuagung Market, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, which is 36.03 percent.
