IMPLEMENTASI METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DAN MULTI ATTRIBUTE UTILITY THEORY PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN MEDIA SOSIAL SEBAGAI SARANA PROMOSI
The MSME sector is foundation of national economy. Existence of limited market access makes this business group not widely known by wider community, so promotional media are needed. Use of conventional media is starting to lag behind due to current technological advances. This makes conventional media less attractive. Thus, one of the media that can be used for promotion is social media. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist MSME users in choosing right social media according to their needs. Implemented methods are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as weighting criteria and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) to generate alternative rankings of social media. Based on the result of system testing with a total of 100 respondents from several MSME, majority of users answered totally agree and agree, but 12 respondents answered doubtful because this system focuses on displaying ranking result. Calculation result of questionnaire with a Likert scale from developed system generated an average overall score percentage is 92%.
