This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style on employee motivation at PT Pegadaian Cabang Palembang. The population in this study were all employees of PT Pegadaian Cabaang Palembang totaling 53 people. The number of samples used as many as 53 people using saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using interview and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee work.
