This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Representative of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency of South Sumatra Province. The population of this study was 157 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees using the Slovin formula. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The data is processed through the 2016 version of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Motivation , Employee Performance
