This study aims to determine the Effect of Management Control System and Business Strategy on Financial Performance. The population of this research is the Craft Sector UMKM in the city of Palembang as many as 956 units. The sample in this study amounted to 91 respondents. The researcher chose Random Sampling. This research is a quantitative research. Sources of data used in this study is primary data collected through a direct questionnaire survey. Data analysis used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of Statistics Program For Special Science (SPSS) Version 25. The results of this study indicate that 1) Management control system has a positive and significant influence on financial performance, 2) Business strategy does not effect on financial performance, and 3) Management control system and business strategy have a positive and significant influence on financial performance.
