In this era of global competition, human resources are an important component in a company, so they must be managed properly in order to provide maximum contribution to the company. Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, Performance Measurement System, and Reward System are one of the management methods to be used as tools to improve managerial performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of influence of Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, Performance Measurement System and Reward System at PT BRI Palembang Regional Office and to determine the extent of the influence of Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, Performance Measurement System and Reward System on Managerial Performance at PT. BRI Palembang Regional Office. In this research took a sample of 104 respondents with random sampling technique. The data obtained was then processed using the IBM SPSS Version 21 tool. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, determinant coefficient (R2), Ttest Statistics Test, Classical Assumption Test. Based on the test results which show that: Total Quality Management (X1) has a negative and insignificant effect on managerial performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y), Performance Measurement System (X3) has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. significant effect on managerial performance (Y) and reward system (X4) which has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance (Y) Keywords: Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture, Performance Measurement System, Reward System and Managerial Performance
