Information technology and management have now begun to be used in the field of education, one of which can be seen by the existence of schools that apply computer technology to carry out data processing. But the application of information technology is still not widely applicable in all schools. In the management of school inventory data at SMA Negeri 7, it is still not effective, because the recording and storage of data information on incoming and outgoing goods still uses book and pen media. So that in a long time there can be loss of goods data information, damage to data information, and can even allow data manipulation to occur. The author's goal is to build a web-based school inventory information system at SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. The method used in the development of this system uses the waterfall method which consists of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The system was created using the code editor Sublime Text, PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The results of this study resulted in data that was stored digitally.
