This study aims to determine the efficiency of Islamic banking between Indonesia and Malaysia in 2016-2020. This study uses the Stochastic Frontier Analysis method, where this method looks at the efficiency between 2 or more financial institutions. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual reports of each Islamic Bank. The results of this study indicate that total savings, total operating costs have a positive effect on total savings, while total other operational costs have a negative effect on total financing.
