This research aimed at investigating the empirical evidence about the impact of profitability, firm size, liquidity on the firm value with leverage as intervening variable at LQ45 company list on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research applied a time series design with the sample of 45 companies LQ45 in 2016-2020 period. This research used purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) path analysis with the application AMOS software. The results showed that profitability and liquidity have a positive and significant direct effect on firm value; firm size have not significant direct effect on firm value. In other discussions leverage can significantly mediate the impact of firm size on firm value, while leverage cannot significantly mediate the impact of profitability and liquidity on firm value. It is expected that this study contributes to the relationship among variables, especially profitability, firm size, liquidity, firm value, leverage. The implication of this study provide good effects to the advancement of company value, the prospective investments and more extensive study for the future researchers
