IMPLEMENTASI METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN KARYAWAN DALAM MENGIKUTI PELATIHAN SERTIFIKASI (STUDI KASUS PT.PERTAMINA EP)
Human resource development is important for a company in order to realize its vision and mission. One way the company makes this happen is by holding a special certification training program at PT. Pertamina Asset 2 Prabumulih also implements the program for all employees. With this program, it can improve professionalism and productivity for employees. Therefore, in the last few years, many enthusiasts have registered to take part in the certification program at PT. Pertamina Asset 2. As for the problems that occur when the program regulatory mechanism process, because of the large amount of data collected, when comparing it takes a long time, while the new process is determined. at each selection the certification program begins. So it is often based on an assessment process that is carried out subjectively, not based on the same standard. Therefore, a system is needed to minimize the above errors. So this study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method for the calculation process which is applied to the employee decision support system to attend certification training and allows in the process to compare the values of each alternative data from each criterion.
