By applying the SMART method to the company's decision support system, it can be a solution to various problems that occur such as when entering data for palm oil workers, the process of accumulation of assessments and determinations, to the output process in the form of recommendations for farm workers which in the future can facilitate the manager in making decisions. decision. The goal to be achieved in the final project research that will be carried out is to apply the SMART calculation method to the decision support system for determining the annual bonus for palm oil workers in the harvest division and be able to provide objective recommendations
