The purpose of this research is to be leamt efforts in exceeding mineral deficiency problem by giving biomineral block supplementation on cempe PE. This research was done in animal husbandry stable of Sarjana Timbangan KM 32, Inderalaya, Ogan Ilir, Palembang, South Sumatera from January 2012 until February 2012. This research used t-test statistic analysis and linear regression which compared between two treatments that are by using control and mineral block. In this case, three samples were control and other three samples were given mineral block (treatment). The result of this research showed that the treatment of woof consuming produced average 0.3±0.6kg/day, the average of weight increasing 0.1 l±0.005kg/day, and the average of ransum conversion 7.5±1.6kg/day. The conclusion of this research is giving of daun singkong as ransum that was supplemented by biomineral block on cempe peranakan ettawa (PE) had good woof consuming, weight increasing and ransum conversion.
