Local wisdom-based learning especially of the local wisdom of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency still have no curriculum set yet. It is necessary to do education based on local wisdom as knowledge improvement, instilling a sense of love for the local wisdom of the region, and equipping characters and attitudes proportional to the values and rules that applied around or in the area of the students. Therefore, the development of teaching materials based on local wisdom is carried out. The study aims to produce a product, find out the validity, and find out the practicality of developing teaching materials based on local wisdom Ogan Komering Ilir regency sub-theme of the uniqueness of the region where I live in class IV SDN 1 Lebung Batang. The model of development used a 4-D model with 3-D modification (Define, Design, Develop). The results of the study are a teaching materials product with validation results that showed a very valid category. Then the results of development testing on 16 students showed a very practical category. These results indicate that teaching material is ethical and can be used in learning.
