This study aims to determine the effect of Problem-Based Learning with the FILA chart design on the environmental literacy skills of high school students on water pollution. This research was conducted at Senior High School 12 Palembang. This research method is quasi-experimental, and the research design is a non-equivalent control group. The determination of the research sample was made using the Simple Random Sampling technique so that class X IPA 1 was selected as the experimental class and class X IPA 2 as the control class. The instruments used in this study were multiple choice questions for the knowledge aspect, essay questions for cognitive skills, a Likert scale questionnaire for the attitude aspect, and a Likert scale questionnaire for behavioral aspects. The results of the study showed that in the aspects of knowledge, aspects of cognitive skills, aspects of attitudes, and aspects of behavior, there were significant differences, which means that there is an influence from the results of treatment given. The achievement of the Problem-Based Learning syntax of the FILA Chart design is in the very good category. The response of students to the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning FILA Chart design showed a positive response.
