SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN METODE AHP DAN MPE
Every business entity has goals to be achieved. Therefore, employees who are cooperative and of good quality are needed. By conducting employee performance appraisals, business entities can find out the performance appraisal of each employee. Business entities evaluate employee performance by carrying out employee assessments with criteria for attendance, delay, technical, and non-technical calculated manually. The weight determined by the business entity is 42% attendance, 18% lateness, 20% technical, and 20% non-technical. To make it easier to determine employee performance appraisals, a decision support system is made. The methods used for this system are the AHP and MPE methods, where the AHP method will be used in the weighting of the criteria, and the MPE method will be used in alternative sorting. Of the 22 employee data for the period 2015, 2016, and 2017 entered into the system, the system accuracy is calculated using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) of 9.8% and accuracy system of 91.8%. The results of 91.8% accuracy are due to the weighting of criteria in the program where the results of the weighting of the criteria are different from the criteria weighting data obtained from the company.
