This study aims to develop learning media based on the Smart Apps Creator application on the theme of healthy food in class V SD Negeri 104 Palembang. This application aims to determine the validity and response of students to the attractiveness of learning videos. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model using four stages consisting of Analyze, Design, Development, and Implementation. This study validated media experts, material experts and fifth grade teachers and tested it on 16 fifth grade students. The results of the validation assessment from media experts obtained a percentage value of 88.46% which was categorized as very valid. The results of the validation assessment from material experts obtained a percentage value of 85% which was categorized as very valid. The results of the attractiveness assessment from the fifth grade teacher obtained a percentage value of 94.44% which was categorized as very attractive. Field trials, the results of the assessment of student responses in the early stages of the trial obtained a value of 95.23%, the initial field trial obtained a value of 91.42% and the final field test obtained a value of 85.72%, the attractiveness of the learning video in the very interesting category. Based on the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that the learning video is feasible and interesting to use as a learning medium.
