This study aims to describe the role of maternal attachment in the development of the moral field of children aged (5-6) years in northern prabumulih sub-district. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects. For data collection techniques, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis, including data collection from interviews, observations and documentation, then reducing the data that has been obtained from the field, presenting the data in the form of a short narrative and drawing conclusions. Researchers used four research subjects, namely working mothers who have children aged (5-6) years in the northern prabumulih sub-district. The results showed that the mother's attachment role had been established in the development of the child's moral field, this was done by habituation to the child to say hello, thank you, forgive other people's mistakes, and please, then interaction and communication between mother and child, and the mother gave a response to everything a child needs
