In fostering environmental health and sanitation, the Health Department of Palembang City needs to determine which locations will take precedence for environmental health and sanitation development activities according to the level of need and priority scale. Determination of the location of environmental health and sanitation development that should be based on priorities and based on the level of need by assessing the level of health problems in an area has not been fully implemented. Determination of the location of health coaching that is not right on target and in its determination is only based on observations of officers in the field who are subjective and do not yet have criteria in their determination, making the assessment of problematic locations less objective. In making decisions, it is very necessary to have an objective assessment using data related to environmental health and sanitation development so that it is hoped that locations with health problems can be quickly handled. This study aims to create a decision support system using the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method for determining priority locations for environmental health and sanitation development. The results of this study are a system that provides information in the form of recommendations for ranking results from 41 alternatives using 9 criteria in its determination. There are differences in the ranking results using the TOPSIS method system and the ranking results from the Health Service. From the results of the system calculation, it is found that the priority location recommendation is Puskesmas OPI.
