This study aims to produce thematic teaching materials and also identify the results of the feasibility test and the validity of teaching material products in the ecosystem component subtheme in class V SD Negeri 68 Palembang. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the development model used, namely the 3D model with 3 steps, namely Define, Design, and Develop. Based on the validation results that have been carried out on teaching materials assessed by validators and teacher, the acquisition of material validation scores by expert 1 and teachers get an average percentage of 97.5% with valid categories and display validation scores by experts 2 and teachers get an average percentage of 90% with valid categories. The results of the trial from stage one to stage three obtained an average value of 95.6 with a valid category. From these results, it can be said that teaching materials are suitable for use in learning.
