PERBANDINGAN MANAJEMEN DIRI ANTARA SISWA YANG MERANTAU DAN SISWA YANG TINGGAL DENGAN ORANGTUA DI SMA SANDIKA SUKAJADI
Self management is a person's ability to recognize and manage themselves optimally. This study aims to find out how the self-management of wandering students and students who live with parents at Sandika Sukajadi High School compares. The type of research used is quantitative, using descriptive and comparative methods. The population used was class X, XI and XI students at Sandika Sukajadi High School, which amounted to 257 students, and the total sample was 30 students who wandered, and 30 students who lived with their parents. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is a self-management scale. The results of this study state that self-management between wandering students and students who live with parents is in the same category, namely moderate. If based on the aspects of students who wandered with aspects of time management (83.34%), aspects of relationships between people (76.66%) and aspects of self-perspective (76.66%). Meanwhile, students who live with their parents, for the aspect of time management (80%), the aspect of relationships between people (76.66%) and the aspect of self-perspective (76.66%). Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that between the two does not have a significant difference in self-management.
