Integrated Terminal LPG Pulau Layang still applies a manual filing system, namely letters that have been recorded in the agenda ledger after one month will be stored in a repository which can cause letters to be difficult to find if needed quickly and can cause letters to be lost or damaged. The purpose of this research is to create an archiving application to change the work system in the archives section to make it easier to manage letters. The software development method used is the waterfall method and tested using Black Box testing. The end result is that admins can easily archive incoming and outgoing letters, employees can search for data and download letters, and leaders can view reports of incoming and outgoing letters at Integrated Terminal LPG Pulau Layang.
