This study aims to determine the empowerment process carried out by the Sido Makmur Dua farmer group in an effort to increase agricultural production yields. This research uses a qualitative type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The subjects of this study were five people consisting of village agricultural extension workers, Sidomulyo village head, group leader and two members of the Sido Makmur Dua farmer group. The results showed that at the planning stage of the activities of the farmer group consisted of preparing activities with members and agricultural extension workers, setting activity goals, sources of funds / activity assistance, extension materials, time and place of implementation of activities. The implementation stage of the Sido Makmur Dua farmer group begins with following the delivery of material, preparing for planting, carrying out seeding seedlings, planting seedlings and harvesting together. The evaluation stage begins with following the activities of all empowerment material activities, selection of seedlings, types of pests and weather conditions, timely application of fertilizers and pest exterminators. Although the rice agricultural production of the Sido Makmur Dua farmer group does not always increase, it still has an impact on meeting the basic needs of group members.
