PT. Maksindo is a trading company engaged in the sale of household appliances such as tables, chairs, cabinets, stoves, ovens and others. Currently sales activities at PT. Maksindo at this time is still done manually. Consumers (Wholesale Stores, Semi Wholesalers, and Modern Markets) still have to wait for the Salesman to come to offer the product or reorder. Delivery of information is still via SMS and telephone, thus making an obstacle for the company, because the form of ordering the product desired by the customer is not in sync (synchronous) when the order is received by the company. This research aims to make it easier to handle the sales process. data collection methods are carried out by means of observation, interviews or interviews and literature study. The results of this study can facilitate work at PT. Maksindo in selling products with a web-based sales application.
