This study aims to provide an overview of the sewing training program in terms of input, process, and outcome aspects at the UPTD of the Social Rehabilitation Center for Children in need of Indralaya Special Protection. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection interview, observation and documentation guidelines. The research subjects were five people from the head of the UPTD, sewing instructors, students, and alumni. The results of the program evaluation at the input stage, have met the success criteria with four indicators, namely the achievement of planning and process conformity, the achievement of program objectives, resources can be utilized effectively and efficiently the suitability of the process with program objectives. The process evaluation has met five of the six indicators of success, namely the achievement of the number of students, the presence of students, the development of new ideas, reduced unemployment and increased independence of students. While the indicators that are not achieved are the collection of funds from the community has not been realized. Evaluation of the results, has met five indicators of success, namely being able to achieve program goals, namely providing motivation to dropouts, changing mindsets, and providing skills so that they can compete in the world of work, students are able to re-apply the program's vision and mission and are able to develop community development. The evaluation of the training program at the UPTD Social Institution for the Rehabilitation of Children in Need of Special Protection has gone well, as can be seen from the many indicators of success that have been achieved
