ANALISIS KECELAKAAN PENERBANGAN DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGGLOMERATIVE HIERARCHICAL CLUSTERING
This research focuses on aviation accidents in Indonesia, based on KNKT data the main factor that causes the most dominant accidents is the human factor with a percentage of 67.12% starting from 2010-to 2016. This study aims to analyze the influence of pilots in human causal factors to find out the percentage of factors that affect accident data. The method used is the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method with the average linkage technique as the best technique between single linkage and complete linkage techniques, to label data from variable total flight hours and pilot's license to determine both variables, whether the pilot has fulfilled the total flight hours in accordance with the pilot's license that has been established by the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR). The results showed that pilots who did not meet total flight hours based on a predetermined pilot's license made up only 1.3% of the 156 crash data analyzed. This means that the human factors caused by pilots are insignificant based on total flight hours and pilot's license in-flight accidents.
