PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL KIMIA PANGAN 1 BERBASIS KONSTRUKTIVISME LIMA FASE NEEDHAM PADA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN KIMIA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This research is a development research that aims to produce a product in the form of a food chemistry e-module 1 based on Needham's five-phase constructivism at the Chemistry Education Study Program, Sriwijaya University that is valid, practical and effective with sub-materials of carbohydrates, proteins, fats/lipids, and vitamins and minerals. The development model used is 4D. The 4D development procedure includes the stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the e-module validity test according to V'Aiken were included in the high category, namely in the pedagogical aspect, a value of 0.97 was obtained, the design aspect was 0.97 and the material aspect was 0.96. The practicality test in the development testing phase of the e-module based on the practicality formula belongs to the very practical category, namely at the development testing stage 1 with a value of 95.8% and development testing 2 with a value of 95.3%. The effectiveness test according to N-Gain on the e-module at the field test stage is classified as effective with a percentage value of 76.5%. Based on the results of the evaluation, it showed that the e-module developed was included in the valid, practical and effective criteria.
