This research aims to find out the organizational behavior or OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) of the Student Activist Daily Board for the Period 2021/2022 Palembang class and Indralaya Economic Education Student Association, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Sriwijaya. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the entire Daily Governing Body of the Economic Education Student Association of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, both indralaya campus and Palembang campus for the period 2021/2022. Sampling techniques use the sum of the entire population. Data collection techniques use data trianggulation, namely, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions. Based on the results of research shows that Alturism (teamwork or helping friends in the organization) is categorized as a very high percentage of (92%), Courtesy (maintaining the image of the organization) is categorized very high with a percentage (92%), Civic Virtue (improving performance and organizational goals) obtained very high results with a percentage (86%), Conscientiousness (discipline in carrying out tasks in the organization) categorized very high with percentage (87%) and Sportmanship (not Complaining about doing tasks in the organization) gets a very high category with a percentage (90%). Based on this research, it is recommended to students who have not followed the organization, to be able to follow the organization. Because it can improve soft skills and prepare yourself before entering the world of work.
