Registration for new students at Arinda Palembang High School is still using a manual system, which makes it difficult to store data and find new student data, not to mention data that is often lost and files that are scattered everywhere and have not been fully utilized optimally. A web-based New Student Admissions application that has the ability to provide convenience so that students and parents do not have to bother visiting schools to just see announcements or information related to the implementation of New Student Admissions. The method used in software development is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, with the system design method used being the Object Oriented Analysis method, which will later use case diagrams in defining the needs of the system being developed and activity diagrams to perform logical design. This web-based New Student Admissions application is expected to help schools improve new student admission services and store data or other important documents that must be stored properly, quickly, and accurately.
