This study aims to determine how the role of parents in toilet training for children aged (1-3) years in Kelurahan 15 Ulu Palembang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with research subjects 50 parents of children aged (1-3) years at the Durian Posyandu Kelurahan 15 Ulu Palembang. The data collection techniques were interviews and questionnaire sheets. The data analysis technique used percentage calculations and the results showed that the role of parents in toilet training for children aged (1-3) years in Kelurahan 15 Ulu Palembang had been carried out on average 75%. With details as many as 78 (52%) parents are in the Always (SL) category, 49 (33%) parents are in the Frequent (SR) category, 20 (13%) students are in the Sometimes (KK) category, and 3 (2%) parents are in the Never (TP) category. For the highest category, children's sensitivity is 77% and toilet training is 76%. Meanwhile, the percentage of the lowest indicator is children's independence, which is 73%. So it can be concluded that the role of parents in toilet training training has been carried out well, such as by providing examples and guiding children to be able to defecate and urinate to the toilet.
