ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN E-GOVERNMENT SIDEMANG PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KOTA PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE E-GOVQUAL MODIFIKASI
The Palembang City Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo) provides an Online Administration Information System Application service for the Palembang City Community or better known as SIDEMANG which functions to serve administrative problems at the village level online, making it easier for the public to write letters and permit files. However, the implementation of the SIDEMANG application still has problems, including the user must come to the local village head office to be able to take care of administrative problems. And there are problems with the network system so that errors often occur in the operation process and also the application is still fairly slow because it has to wait approximately 10 minutes to operate. Based on this, it is necessary to measure the service quality of the SIDEMANG application. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the quality of the SIDEMANG application service by using the Modified E-Govqual method which is used to measure the quality of website services at government institutions based on the user perspective, namely, village admins for the community from the SIDEMANG application by distributing questionnaires to the public. 140 sub-district admins in the city of Palembang. The data is processed and analyzed using the SmartPls application by performing several stages, namely by testing the validity of the questionnaire using convergence validity to be calculated using outer loading and then using discriminant validity which is used using cross loading to determine whether the questionnaire is valid or not. Furthermore, a reliability test is carried out using composite reliability with the provisions of the Cronbach alpha value, and if it is considered valid and reliable, the next stage is an evaluation of the inner model used to determine the effect of the relationship between constructs and continued by determining the hypothesis using path analysis, namely path coefficient. This study found that the functionality of the interaction environment variable affects the user satisfaction variable. As for the variables of ease of use, trust, reliability, content & appearance of information and citizen support, it has no effect on the user satisfaction variable.
