Futsal is an indoor soccer game. The growth of the futsal field certainly causes the emergence of futsal clubs and the development of the quality of futsal players in various regions. The method of selecting the right futsal players provides a greater chance of victory and benefits the coach in preparing the team and strategy. The selection of the best futsal players is useful for selecting players as well as formulating the Central Lampung Regency futsal team that will compete at the Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV) in 2022. This study combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which aims to select the best futsal players more measurably. The AHP method is used to find the weights for each criterion, while the TOPSIS method is used to rank alternatives through preference values. The criteria used in this study include physical, passing, dribbling, shooting, heading and cognitive. This system produces information on the best futsal players with an accuracy of 64.29%.
