SISTEM PAKAR REKOMENDASI MENU MAKANAN SEHAT UNTUK IBU HAMIL MENGGUNAKAN METODE COOPER DAN FORWARD CHAINING
Many pregnant women who rarely consult a gynecologist or nutritionist ignore a healthy food because they are busy with their busy lives or their routine work. The mother causes pregnant women to be unable to control the development and nutritional needs of the fetus they contain. So that the healthy food menu consumed is not excessive, resulting in obesity or lack of nutrition for pregnant women due to lack of knowledge and intake of healthy food menus consumed by pregnant women. So it is necessary to develop an expert system using the Cooper method which can produce a calculation of Total Energy Expenditure (TEE) in pregnant women according to the height of pregnant women, weight of pregnant women, gestational age, hours of sleep, and physical activity in pregnant women. And the Forward Chaining method can recommend healthy food menus for pregnant women with recommendations that are in accordance with recommendations from experts. The expert system can recommend food menus with appropriate results as many as 45 data from test data totaling 50 data. The level of accuracy obtained from the expert system for recommending healthy food menus for pregnant women using the Cooper and Forward Chaining methods is 90%, which is considered good.
