Therefore, the implementation of a decision support system using the SMART method for selecting Mitra winners is carried out, because in addition to the many assessments and criteria, there are quite a number of participants who are interested in Mitras, so that with large data it is feared that an error will occur in the assessment. In addition, the time required by the committee long enough.
