ANALISIS PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI PADA PENGGUNA APLIKASI BELANJA ONLINE DIBAJOLBAE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)
The development of information technology today significantly influences human life, one of which is often used, namely the internet for online shopping using technology in the form of applications. This study aims to determine user acceptance of the Dibajolbae application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The method used in this research is quantitative with multivariate statistical analysis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a total sample of 119 respondents who were processed using the SmartPLS version 3.3 application. Based on the analysis results, it shows that from the four hypotheses, there are three accepted hypotheses and one rejected hypothesis, namely that Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Ease of Use does not positively and significantly affect Behavioral Intention to Use. Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention To Use. Moreover, Behavioral Intention To Use has a positive and significant effect on Actual System Usage. The research results conclude that users of this application accept the Dibajolbae application based on the accepted hypothesis, with each path coefficient value generated being positive.
