Direct Cash Assistance – Village Funds (BLT-DD) is an assistance program given by the government to the society since COVID-19 pandemic in order to help and support economic problems. Selection process for BLT-DD recipients use a few criteria during its process which are the amount of dependents, job, support program received, family member’s chronic illness’s level, and the amount of income. During the implementation of BLT-DD, error still occurs during recipient’s data management. Because of errors during the management of recipient’s data, selection process of BLTDD’s recipients was done incorrectly and the selection of BLT-DD’s recipient became time consuming This research’s purpose is to create a decision support system that helps selection process of BLT-DD’s recipients using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW Method is used to give a list of citizen that’s recommended to receive BLT-DD. This research’s final result would be a ranked list that would later be used as a recommendation for choosing BLT-DD’s recipients
