DETEKSI DIABETIC RETINOPATHY DAN EKSUDAT PADA CITRA RETINA MENGGUNAKAN DEEP LEARNING
The retina is the most important part of the human eye. Diabetic Retino pathy is a disease of disorders in the eye that can cause complications that trigger blockages in the blood vessels in the retina of the eye. Exudate is a symptom of diabetic retinopathy. Exudate is a disease of spots or dots of various sizes and a yellowi sh clear shape with a fairly high contrast. This research presents a method for disease detection in retina image. The first step, the original image measuring 700 x 605 pixels is converted to 400 x 300 pixels. The second step is nonlinear digital filterin g that is commonly used to eliminate noise in image called median blur. The next step is to multiply the dataset with data augmentation because the data used is still small. After that, the process of annotation of data to recognize the characteristics of disease in retina image by using labeling application. In addition, diseases of retina image were detected using the resnet50 architecture with the STARE dataset. The proposed method with the STARE dataset gets an average value with a precision of 76.55% Exudate precision of 64.63% mean average precision of 70.59% and intersection over union of 70.6%
