This study aims to describe the character values in fiction stories contained in the textbooks of Class II Elementary School Students with Togetherness Themes. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive method. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data in this study are 18 character values, namely religion, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendliness, love peace, love to read, care environment, social care, and responsibility. The source of data in this study is a fictional story contained in the textbook of Class II Elementary School Students with the theme of Togetherness. The results of this study are fiction stories that have the least character values are fictional stories entitled The Story of Cats and Rats with only 2 character values found with a percentage of 11.11% and with very little information, then a fictional story that contains little character values entitled Duck always Living in harmony, Butterflies with Noble Hearts, Ants and Grasshoppers were found as many as 3 character values with a percentage of 16.6% and with very little information, then the fictional story contains many character values entitled Ingenuity Grows Kindness, Sang Kancil and Cicak Badung, Fish and Birds, Kiki and Kiku, Friendship of Elephants and Rats found as many as 6 character values with a percentage of 33.3% and with less information, and the story that contains the most character values is entitled Friendship of Eagles and Roosters with the discovery of 7 character values with a percentage of 38.8% and with less information. For character values that do not appear, the teacher can instill character values by providing examples of good behavior at school.
