PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR BUDAYA ORGANISASI DALAM MEMBENTUK PERILAKU BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA HASIL PENDIDIKAN MAHASISWA
The student learning process is based on differences in the techniques used, where this can affect student performance which is measured in the Grade Point Average (GPA). Based on this, the Faculty of Compute r Science, Sriwijaya University wishes to provide the best solution through a psychological approach by utilizing knowledge sharing and being influenced by Organizational Culture Theory to be able to understand and develop a knowledge sharing system as a s olution from the field of technology and computers in order to find know influence in the field of software engineering. This study uses hypothesis testing and the preparation of questionnaires as research tools, which obtained 468 respondents based on str atified random sampling technique. Processing in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling technique based on Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) where from the Organizational Culture factor it was known that there were 3 factors that h ad a significant influence, namely Information Systems, People, and Processes and for Knowledge Sharing Behavior a significant influence of 0.394 on Performance Students based on structural coefficients. The results of this study are recommendations in the form of login features, user profiles, chats, edocument repositories, organizational profiles, leaderboards, broadcasting, announcements, awards, prize claims, discussion forums, admins, and forms required for the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya U niversity in developing Knowledge Sharing System in the future.
