SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROFILE MATCHING (STUDI KASUS : SMP ISLAM AL-AZHAR 33 PALEMBANG)
The movement of an educational institution cannot be separated from the role of the teacher as an educator. Teacher performance is one of the factors needed to achieve the school’s goal of providing excellent education quality. To find out the teacher performance, an assessment is carried out that aims to measure the ability of each teacher to complete tasks and obligations in accordance with the standards set by the school. SMP Islam Al-Azhar 33 Palembang is one of the schools that regularly evaluates the performance of their teachers. The teacher performance appraisal process still uses direct assessment which is then collected and then the data is processed using Microsot Excel, a decision support system is needed that can help manage teacher performance appraisals. Profile matching will be used because it can calculate many criteria which in its use can assess the distance between the actual performance and the standard performance value set in order to see the performance improvement required by an institution.
