SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PROMOSI JABATAN DI PT. X BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) DAN PROFILE MATCHING
Promotion is the transfer of an employee from a position or title to a higher position or position with better salary, facilities,responsibilities, and career opportunities. Competence and potential of employees are considered as more important factors in determining promotion starting from: Dedication, Intelligence, Work Attitude, Behavior, Age, Education, Attendance, and Responsibilities. The difficulty of companies in determining who the best employees are is one of the factors of uncertainty. Using a Decision Support System system by combining the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Profile Matching methods in order to get the best candidate is the right choice to overcome these problems. The success of the combination of these two methods resulted in an accuracy value of 83.3% between the Stackholder choices and the recommendation system results.
