IMPLEMENTASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAN MEMPERTAHANKAN PELAYANAN ZAKAT PADA BAZNAS BERBASIS ANDROID
BAZNAS South Sumatra Province is an institution engaged in religion and humanity. The problem with BAZNAS of South Sumatra Province is that the recording of the names of muzakki and mustahik is not well organized, and the public cannot provide criticism and suggestions because the media is not yet available. BAZNAS South Sumatra Province requires an Android-based CRM application to overcome existing problems. CRM application that uses the PHP programming language and uses the waterfall development method. The results obtained from this study are to implement an Android-based CRM application in this institution, making it easier for BAZNAS to provide information about BAZNAS, manage muzakki and mustahik data, report activity results (live report), and provide media for criticism and suggestions for the public to the public.
