PENERAPAN E-CRM PADA CV. HARUM JAYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE FRAMEWORK OF DYNAMIC CRM BERBASIS WEBSITE
The development of information technology that is growing rapidly as well as the COVID-19 pandemic requires business actors to develop their businesses to compete with other companies. CV. Harum Jaya is a company engaged in printing, billboards and advertising in the city of Palembang. In providing services, CV. Harum Jaya is still giving services in a fairly traditional way, namely in sales transactions and submitting criticism suggestions. It is done by face-to-face or in store transactions. Morevoer, the data collection of customers has not been carried out optimally because of the manual recording. Therefore, the implementation of E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) using the Framework of Dynamic CRM is carried out to improve services, support product sales and maintain good relations with customers through the features contained in the E-CRM system such as online transactions, FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) features, email broadcasting, user points and live chat.
