The aims of this research are: (1) To identify the feasibility of legal, market and marketing, technical and technological, management, and financial aspects in the business of processing pulai wood into isobo wood in Banyuasin District, (2) To measure the financial feasibility of processing pulai wood into isobo wood in Banyuasin District, and (3) To identify the factors that influence the sensitivity analysis of the processing of pulai wood into isobo wood in Banyuasin District. The method used in this research was the purposive sampling method. This research began to be carried out in December 2021. The data processing method used business feasibility criteria and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that based on the business feasibility criteria: (1) Net Present Value of Rp20,798,533,049; (2) Internal Rate of Return 49.53%; (3) Net B/C 3.30; (4) Gross B/C 1.24; (5) Break Event Point are 1,005.41 m3 and Rp9,345.295,803 of isobo wood; (6) Payback period of 1 year and 8 months. So that it can be concluded that the processing of pulai wood into isobo wood is feasible to run.
