NILAI KECERNAAN PROTEIN KASAR, SERAT KASAR, DAN KONSENTRASI N-AMONIA PADA RANSUM SAPI POTONG DENGAN KANDUNGAN LEGUM YANG BERBEDA
The aim of this research was to study the digestibility value of crude protein, crude fiber and N-amonia concentration of beef cattle ration with various content of legume supplementation by in vitro technique. The research was held from July to November 2015 at Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty. Sriwijaya University. Completely Randomized Experimental (CRD) desigp with 4 treatment and 4 replication was applied on this research. The treatments were P0 (70% fermented kumpai copper grass + 30% concentrate), P1 (55% fermented kumpai copper grass + 30% concentrate + 7,5% lamtoro + 7,5% water keman), P2 (55% fermentation kumpai copper grass + 30 % concentrate + 7,5% acacia leaf + 7.5% water keman). P3 (55 % fermented kumpai copper grass + 30 % concentrate + 5% lamtoro + 5% water keman + 5% acacia leaf). Digestibility Crude Protein, Crude Fiber and N-amonia concentration were observed as parameters. The results showed that various content of legume utiliation has no significant effect on crude protein digestibility (P>0,05) but has significant effect on crude fiber digestibility and N-amonia concentration (P
