The research showed that the handicraft business of mangrove palm leaves stick in 3-4 Ulu Village, Palembang City, was already existed since decades by hereditary. The result of linear regression analysis showed the factors were tangible affected to the handicraft production of mangrove palm leaves stick in 3-4 Ulu Village, Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang City, which were the factors of capital amount, the number of workers, the number of long sticks, and the number of short sticks had thepositive value of regression coefficient. Another factor which was age, did not tangible affected and had the negative value of regression coefficient. The average household income of the handicraft maker of mangrove palm leaves stick in 3-4 Ulu Village, Seberang Ulu 1 District, Palembang City, was Rp8.528.909,44 per month with details of income source from the handicraft business of mangrove palm leaves stick was Rp6.686.909,44 per month and other activities outside the handicraft of mangrove palm leaves stick was Rp1.572.000,00 per month. The contribution income from the handicraft business of mangrove palm leaves stick was categorized very high (75% - 100%) with 81,38% of percentage Keywords: Palm leave stick, Household, Contribution
